Behaviour

We regulate positive methods to control behaviour continually, and under no circumstances do we implement any form of physical punishment on children.

If inappropriate behaviour is used at any time by any child, we will implement the 'cadair dawel' (quiet chair).

This helps in setting boundaries and aids in discipline and control and is very effective.

Every child’s report is recorded and kept at the Cylch, and will also be given to parents at the end of a child’s time with us.

A Daily Attendance Register is kept at the Cylch.

Incidents/accidents, and any other issues that relate to a child, will be noted on the relevant forms, with Parents/Guardians and Teachers required to sign these.

Additional Needs

We are also working closely with the 'Cynllun Cyfeirio' Scheme who can offer support to children with additional educational needs.

We are able to offer 1:1 support if a child meets the requirements and needs set out in government guidelines.

For more information please ask one of the teachers or a Committee member for advise.
